Common questions
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are billed by Apple, not by us, so they are cancelled in your Apple ID settings: open Settings on your device, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose FluentWeave. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. We cannot cancel or refund on your behalf — only Apple can.
I paid, but the app still says I need to subscribe.
Open Settings inside the app and use Restore Purchases. That asks Apple directly what you own. If it still doesn’t appear, email us and include the anonymous account ID shown in the app’s Settings — it is what lets us find your subscription without knowing anything else about you.
A download failed or a book won’t play.
Check that you have space free, then try the download again from the book’s page. If one sentence fails to play but the rest of the book is fine, removing and re-downloading the book usually fixes it — that repairs a partial download without losing your place.
Can I use FluentWeave offline?
Yes. Once a book is downloaded it plays with no connection. You need a connection only to browse and download new stories.
Driver Mode doesn’t open in my car.
iOS cannot tell a car from a pair of headphones, so FluentWeave asks you to confirm your car the first time you connect to it. If you dismissed that prompt, open Settings → Driving and use “Ask again about declined devices”. You can also open Driver Mode yourself from the steering-wheel button in the player.
Something in a book is wrong.
Please tell us. In the player, press and hold the sentence, or open Settings and choose Send feedback — that attaches the exact sentence so we can find it. Our translations are machine-produced and machine-checked, and reports like yours are how we find what the checks miss.
How do I delete my data?
Deleting the app removes your books and your progress from the device. To delete the anonymous account we hold for your subscription, see the privacy policy, which explains what we store and how to have it removed.
